Moon phase incense holder

I wish I could give a 5 star review to Black Moon Botanica, and a separate lower score for the product. BMB mailed out my (international!) item quickly, and packed it with care and thoughtfulness; even though the item is delicate, it arrived safely, and the packaging was adorable. On the other hand, the item itself was sadly poorly produced - while in the photo, the 7 phases of the Moon are showed centered on the ceramic dish, in the item itself, the phases are shoved into just one corner of the product - the image is neither centered vertically, nor horizontally. That was pretty disappointing. I don't think I'll end up using it, as a result. I'll likely find someone to give it away to who doesn't mind how wildly asymmetrical the product is.
